We were contacted by a customer in Rock, Cornwall who had white marks appear on their floor after they had sprayed fertiliser on the garden and then walked through the property. The customer had attempted to remove the marks themselves but to no avail so called us. The engineered wood floor was only 5mm thick but needed to be sanded to remove the marks. We have the ideal machine for this. As we were already onsite the customer also asked us to look at their limestone floor. This floor required stripping, deep cleaning and resealing. We completed the works on both floors and then met with the cleaning team of the clients and demonstrated how to look after the floors leaning them with the appropriate products and tools.
