A: We always travel to each property and provide a free quote. We never quote over the the phone as each floor is individual and has its own requirements.
Q. Does the room have to be clear?
Stone: In an ideal world.... Yes. The best result is achieved when we have a clear space to work within. We can help move furniture if needed.

Q. Is the process messy or leave dust?
Stone: We always protect surfaces and units before we start and clean all surfaces before we leave.
Wood: The process we use is 99% dust free and we clean all surfaces before we apply any of our lacquer or oils leave.
Q. How long will it take?
Stone: As you would expect it depends of the size of the job and the amount of restoration needed. All time scales are discussed when we proved our free quotes.

Stone: This can be years if you follow our maintenance plan but it does depend on the foot traffic and other factors such as pets.

Q. What areas do we cover?
A. The main areas we cover are Padstow, Wadebridge, Newquay, Bodmin, St Columb ,Rock, Port Isaac, St Eval and Truro But we will cover any area in Cornwall and Devon for stone floors and wooden floors, commercial and domestic.
